If the vehicle arrives in a different condition, the customer does not have to keep the vehicle, and Nachbar Automotive will be required to bring the vehicle back at the dealers expense. Customer needs to inspect the vehicle for damage upon arrival from the transport company. Customer is required to make sure any damage that was not disclosed on this report is noted on the Bill of Lading from the transport company. The transport company is liable for any damage in between leaving the dealer, and arriving to the customer. In order for Nachbar Automotive to take it back, customer will need to send photos of undisclosed damage to rnachbar@nachbarautomotive.com, and we can open arbitration to either bring the vehicle back, or help with the expense to repairing that part. This process needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle.
